Foot reflexology is an ancient form of healing touch which stimulates all the thousands of nerve endings in your feet, which are connected to every part of your body.

To learn the art of reflexology, I attended and graduated from the 200-hour reflexology program at the Academy of Massage Therapy & Bodyworks in Pottstown, Pa. I am excited to share this therapeutic practice with you.

I will usher you into a deeply relaxed state and assist the release of stagnation in the muscles and fascia where your body is storing tension.

I’m currently attending the 600-hour massage program at the Academy of Massage Therapy & Bodyworks in Pottstown, Pa., where I am learning Swedish and deep tissue massage, anatomy & physiology, and gaining clinical experience.

traveling service

I can travel to you — bring my reflexology chair (or massage table or chair) to your home or community to share reflexology (and massage) with you in the comfort of your own home, or at a community event.
