FAQs & Policies

How do you pronounce ianua?

“Ee-ah-nu-ah” or “Yah-nu-ah” — for more about the meaning, read my about page.

How shall I prepare for my session?

Arrive On Time — or you may want to arrive a few minutes early for each session, as having a buffer of time will support you in entering a restful healing state.

Be Present — as much as possible, seek to set aside distractions (silence and put away your devices) and be present with your body’s sensations. Take some deep breaths to slow down your body and mind.

Cleanliness — please use good hygiene. If possible, arrive having showered and without fragrance or products on your skin.

Communicate — share about your conditions and reasons for seeking treatment. I will do my best to address the specific needs and desires you have for your session.

Hydrate — especially after treatment, drink plenty of water to allow your body to flush out what was released during treatment and to keep your cells functioning optimally.

Repeat — if your session serves your needs, be proactive in your self care by rescheduling.

Can I arrange for an in-home session?

Yes — fill out the booking form, text or email me directly. I’ll be in touch so we can discuss your desire, schedule an appointment, calculate a traveling fee, and address any other questions you might have. Bonus if you have a partner, housemate, family member or neighbor who would also like a session!

Do you have gift cards?

Yes — Let me know what length of session you’d like to gift, the recipients name and address, and I can mail it to them directly. Or you can pick one up at your session.

What form of payment is accepted?

Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle are accepted forms of payment.
